Tranquility Gorge

Ormiston Gorge truly feels like an oasis in the heart of the Australian outback. While the surrounding landscape is dry and rugged, a walk down the water hole  transforms the mood entirely. Suddenly, you’re surrounded by towering trees filled with birdsong, cooler air, and a crystal-clear pool inviting you for a refreshing dip.

I arrived early to beat the crowds and capture the best light. In places like this, the magic happens just before sunrise or at sunset, when the soft light bathes the gorge in a golden glow. It's a moment of pure serenity.
