FULL DETAILS Collector Credit terms
Collector Credit is Mitchell Burns Photography store credit designed to reward collectors and guests who purchase eligible fine art and photography experiences.
How Collector Credit is earned
Eligible purchases earn Collector Credit equal to 10% of the final eligible item price paid after any discount. Delivery and shipping charges do not earn Collector Credit.
Eligible purchases may include fine-art prints and presentations, limited-release offers, photography workshops and photography expeditions where Collector Credit is shown as part of the offer.
When credit is issued
Collector Credit is not issued immediately at checkout. For physical artwork, credit is issued after the order has been fulfilled. For workshops and expeditions, credit is issued after the experience has been completed.
Until then, any amount shown as “pending” is an estimate only and does not form part of the available credit balance.
Using Collector Credit
Available Collector Credit can be applied toward future eligible purchases through Mitchell Burns Photography. Multiple credit amounts can accumulate in the same customer balance.
Collector Credit is linked to the customer account or email address used for the qualifying purchase. It is not transferable, cannot be exchanged for cash and is not a gift card or cash-equivalent payment product.
Collector Credit may generally be used alongside other offers unless a particular promotion states otherwise.
Refunds and cancellations
If an eligible purchase is cancelled, returned or refunded before Collector Credit is issued, the corresponding credit will not be issued. If credit has already been issued and the qualifying purchase is later refunded, the corresponding unused credit may be reversed.
What does not earn Collector Credit
For Open Edition framing quotes issued from 28 September 2026, Collector Credit is earned on the artwork print price only. Separately quoted framing services and delivery do not earn Collector Credit. Existing credits and previously accepted quotes are unaffected.
Unless specifically stated otherwise, delivery and shipping charges, gift cards, commercial commissions, brand or licensing work, speaking engagements and other bespoke services do not earn Collector Credit.
Expiry
Standard Collector Credit does not expire. Any separate promotional or bonus credit with an expiry date will state that date when it is offered.
Program changes
Burns Media Group Pty Ltd may update the Collector Credit program or these terms from time to time. Any material change will apply prospectively unless a change is required to correct an error, prevent misuse or comply with law.
