THE STORY
Central Australia is my all time favourite destination for photography and it's quite simple why.... it's the colour, deep rich red sand dunes that glow long after the sun has set.
in 2025 I spent Christmas at Uluru and I was determined to incorporate red dunes with he iconic rock which can be hard because inside the park you are bound by rules that keep you on the paths and not to just go walking anywhere you want, and thats fair enough, so I shifted my approach and stuck to outside the park and found this beauty of a spot. watching the colours shift as the sun dipped bellow the horizon made even more by the patterns and textures on the and dune. this image captures exactly why I love central Australia
