A small-group photography expedition through the Ikara–Flinders Ranges, built around light, access and enough time to work a scene properly. The route combines classic Flinders country, pastoral landscapes, wildlife and a scenic flight over Wilpena Pound, with the schedule kept flexible around weather and conditions.
Planned photographic focus
- Ikara / Wilpena Pound from the ground and the air
- Ridge lines, red earth, river gums and station country
- Bunyeroo, Brachina and Aroona country where access allows
- Ruins, windmills, homesteads and pastoral details
- Dedicated sunrise and sunset field sessions
- Wildlife and spontaneous roadside opportunities
